All of the necessary login info for your FTP, Hosting Control Panel, etc is available inside the Welcome E-mail which you have received by the time your account has been activated. Please, review the Welcome email in details since it contains specific for your account type information.
Please, note that your FTP username is most likely different than your Hosting Control Panel username/password.
