I keep getting an error when trying to FTP

I keep getting errors when trying to connect to WorldHostser FTP such as timeout or the connection disconnects after some time.

This error is peculiar to WS\_FTP, and generally indicates a problem with a router (sometimes referred to as a "blackhole router") between your computer and our network.

In your FTP configuration, change the setting for Passive Transfers (If you find that Passive Transfers is enabled, you should disable it and if it is disabled, you should enable it.) You can find the Passive Transfer setting under 'session properties' and the 'advanced' tab.
